Great accommodation in a pub which serves great food, in the centre of town

Decent option for a stay in Otley

Pros: Good location. Clean room. Comfy bed. Warm heating in cold weather. Iron and ironing board. Easy checkout (leave key in door).

Cons: Small shower cubicle - not much room for manoeuvre. Staff could be a bit friendlier.

Very good but a few tweaks needed

Pros: The location was excellent and easy access to all amenities in Otley. The price of the room was reasonable and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were very welcoming and friendly.

Cons: The lighting in the room was a little dark especially for a lady wanting to put her makeup on. It was rather noisy and you could hear everything going on in the corridors and other rooms. The complimentary biscuits in the room were out of date and the prices in the bar were a little expensive. However, I would still stay here again. These small things would not put me off
