Perfect location for the Grand Theatre, must be the best value in town.

Pros: Perfect location for the Grand Theatre, we’ve stayed here before, friendly welcome and fabulous big room with a huge bay window facing the theatre. Good facilities, late return access. Great value for money.

Top pub

Pros: Excellent place to stay if you've got an event at the arena. Large room with everything you need. Guests get a 15% discount at the bar which is superb 👌 The pub is nice with friendly and welcoming staff. Can't fault the place.

Cons: It's quite noisy with loud music playing into the early hours so please use the earplugs provided

Friendly and value for money

Pros: Great location, really friendly welcome. In a great spot for visiting the First Direct Arena. Plenty of eating and drinking places around as well as loads of shops. Just a short walk from the coach station too.

Cons: The room was a little tired and in need of redecoration but that in no way ruined our stay. We both slept like logs!

Great value for money

Pros: 1 minute walk to xmas do so great location for me. All I needed room, coffee wifi shower. Fantastic for the price compared to other prices in leeds for same night.

Pros: Fantastic atmosphere, great rooms, great value for money. Staff were super friendly and we had an amazing night!! The rooms had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again, thanks so much!

Great location and price for what we needed, will definitelyconsider a stay here again if we were to return to leeds

Pros: Location was perfect for us as we were going to the first direct arena for a concert

Cons: Not directly aimed at the property but how loud people were when coming into the building via the outside stairs shouting to each-other and slamming the fire exit door.
