Pros: We liked all of it. The host m greeted us when we got there and answered any questioned we had. Gave us direction to the Christmas market. We were a 20 minute walk from the centre of York. Could not have picked a better place to stay.

Pros: Property was very modern and furniture/design very high standard . Clean , very spacious , and nice outdoor area . Easy to find , with good parking on site . Central location in a lovely area of York . Quiet area .

Was lovely!

Pros: Great location and very spacious. Host was lovely. He recommended some lovely bars and was so helpful on arrival. The outside area was lovely. Beautiful kitchen and dining area

Cons: Toilet seats were a little loose but not a huge issue. Few cobwebs and dead spiders. Could do with a door curtain on front door
