Perfect stay for York

Pros: Location was awesome, check in was easy, safe and secure, size was perfect for a solo traveller or couple. Frank was really helpful when I reached out. The bottle of wine was a lovely touch 😊 Also, the washing machine which was a big plus! I would recommend this place when coming to York.

Cons: Only one roll of toilet paper for a week but there are a couple of shops just nearby.

Practically perfect!

Pros: Perfect location being so close to the center of York, the Yorkminster, City Walls and lots of museums. The apartment its self was perfect with tall ceilings, a fully equipted kitchen which included tea bags, cookies and butter supplied; the bed was extremely comfy (although the 13.5 tog duvet was far to high) and the small bathroom was pleasent. The Raj (Indian) a couple of doors down is lovely!

Comfortable stay in a great location.

Pros: Great location. Everything you need is in the property. An extra heater when cold and a fan when too warm. Comfy bed. Short walk to the City Centre, The Minster and from the Train Station. Added bonus of a Sainsbury’s corner shop right beside us. Bootham Bar and access to the City Wall was right on the doorstep.

Cons: It’s an old building so a bit tired. It doesn’t take away from the flat though, it’s comfortable and well appointed.

Short walk to everything!

Pros: Centrally located but very peaceful, great sound proofing prevents 99% of the noise from the pubs below next door. Warm and cosy, home from home!

Pros: Amazing location, close to city center, hardly 10 minutes walk to Yorkminster, Shambles and the Christmas market and has the stop no.1 to the hop on - hop off bus in close proximity. There are a lot of dining options in walking distance too. A complementary bottle of wine was provided. The kitchen was equipped with kitchenware and essential condiments. The rooms were fitted with heaters and was warm and cozy. It's a beautiful apartment where we'd love to stay if we visit York again.

Cons: The front door was rubbing against the floor carpet and was a bit hard to open.
