Lovely stay would definitely come again.

Pros: So peaceful, gorgeous staff couldn’t have done more fun us (got dropped in it last minute for childcare & thy were so accommodating) lovely, clean rooms and spa was just what we needed

Cons: Swimming pool slightly cold but hot tub made up for it.

Friendly staff, lovely location, super breakfast, excellent value for money.

Pros: Staff went over and above to make sure I was comfortable - after an issue with a sticking door, they moved me into another room and made sure I had a quiet space to do a Teams call the following day after check-out. Just fantastic, friendly all-round service.

Cons: Nothing!

Amazing stay with family visiting from Australia. Will definitely book again!

Pros: Stayed at the BrontΓ« 3 bed house. Nice and secluded with great hot tub and comfy rooms. Beds were amazingly comfortable.

Cons: Kitchen needed plastic glasses for the hot tub to be safe. Gym equipment a bit tired but worked

Pros: All staff very helpful. I even got a curtsey call the day before we travelled . Venue very well maintained. Loved the restaurant by the big pond Breakfast was great . The girl serving us was very attentive . Enjoyed evening meal too . Had drinks in bar . Had the burger and my partner had the Gammon Pool staff friendly . Liked the Steam , Sauna and Jacuzzi off the pool . Did not try outdoor hot tub

Cons: We had to pay Β£10 each to use the Spa pool between 1700 and 2000. I thought looking at the booking it was included but its between 2000 and 2100 and 0700 to 1000 . I asked about it on curtsey call as have been caught out twice before by this policy using Booking.com at 2 other hotels . So knew I had to pay The ironing board was broken it collapsed if you applied any pressure on it so had to iron with it flat on the floor ( forgot to mention this on checkout )

Enjoyable birthday getaway!

Pros: The rooms were very spacious and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. Spa facilities and the gym are very clean too.

Cons: The daytime menu for food is not great (mainly sandwiches). Also, the spa facilities should be accessible for everyone staying at the hotel all day but this was not the case, you have to pay extra from 10am.

Comfortable and compact stay in the woods

Pros: Good food at Dinner and a good selection of breakfast options too. Friendly staff.

Cons: sound-proofing in our Log Cabin room was inadequate to counter the neighbours' love of rave music - however they kindly turned it right down after the very helpful night porter had a word. Maybe a room in the main hotel wouldn't have had this problem.

Very enjoyable stay. Beautiful woodland area and was lucky enough to see a few deer in the woods.

Pros: Enjoyed staying in the woodland cabin, very warm, cosy and very comfortable. Pleasant staff and nice spread for breakfast. Liked the Reception area with the open fire, a nice bar too. Breakfast staff very attentive and helpful, nice smiles for an early breakfast!

Cons: The coffee at breakfast was from an urn and wasn't very nice. I really like a good morning coffee, so that was a bit disappointing. My friends' tea was cold as the hot water urn wasn't boiling hot. Also, when I arrived back after my daughter's wedding with my sister quite late on Saturday night, we walked all the way to our cabin and the card didn't work, so I had to walk all the way back to Reception. When I explained it wouldn't work, the gentleman at Reception said: \

Cons: Staff seemed overworked. I didn't like the restricted hours for the spa.
