Great family friendly hotel and staff

Pros: This is a great family friendly hotel. Linzy, Cleo, Chris and Leoni made us feel so welcome, they really went out of their way to make us feel at home. We had one small issue with getting the shower to work and Cleo had it fixed immediately. Thank you all so much for making us feel at home.

Pros: We had a lovely stay! The staff were amazing and the room was lovely. The room had everything and including a mini fridge and the four postered bed was so comfy! We will definitely return!

More than value for money. Great stay.

Pros: Lovely staff, comfy bed & clean. Didn’t expect much and this exceeded expectations. Very happy with my stay in room 12 and will happily book again.

Cons: Door locks need upgrading for a sense of good security. Locked and stayed shut but with chunks missing from door frame, it gave me doubts.

Quirky hotel with amazing staff

Pros: Great hotel. Lots of quirks. The staff were lovely. Shout out to Julia who took great care of us. The decor is a little out-dated but does this really matter? The beds were comfy, the shower was powerful. Quiet night sleep. We stayed here because we were going to a concert at the Piece Hall - only £10 in an uber. Really nothing to complain about.
