Nice hotel, as you'd want from a city centre budget hotel.
Pros: The hotel was good, staff excellent, general feel of the place was as you'd expect for a modern city centre budget hotel and room was good.
Cons: The wifi, although free, was woefully slow. If you were on a work trip and needed to do anything at the hotel you'd possibly have issues, I could barely load facebook let alone play a short reel.

Great affordable stay for a University visit
Pros: Great location for Quarry Hill & John Lewis great pryce friendly staff clean room
Cons: Other guests too noisy banging on doors & windows early hours needless to say before my daughterβs audition we didnβt get much sleep! Thats not the hotels fault but 24 hr concierge and an additional charge for disrespectful & noisy occupants might solve the problem!

Have been before and will go back in the future.
Pros: convenience/ location. room was comfortable and provided everything -wish it had a hair dryer and kettle.
Cons: I didn't like the fact that I had to pay Β£15 at the NCP car park.

An excellent budget base for gigs in Leeds
Pros: Have used the hotel several times before as a base when I am in down in Leeds for a gig - so I knew what to expect this time. It's well located - just ten minutes' walk from the station/Kirkgate. The rooms are basic but functional - good lighting and separate cubicles for toilet and shower. Price is excellent and, despite being located beside some busy roads, the rooms are quiet (being on the 6th floor helps with that!)
Cons: The room was short on sockets - there weren't any bedside ones. In the days leading up to my stay, got various spam messages via Booking.com asking me to reconfirm my credit card details to guarantee my stay (this is a known Booking.com issue, Google it!) Tried to ring the hotel before I travelled down to check I still had a room waiting for me but couldn't find a number that got me through to a human being. This meant I had to hope for the best when I travelled down - as it turned out, my booking was fine but it would have been nice to have had this confirmed by the hotel in advance rather than be 'punished' for booking my room via a 3rd party website.

Does what it says on the tin, good value and pleasant stay
Pros: Quiet and comfortable, on-site breakfast was quite good continental type offering. Room size was quite good.
Cons: Not much, it was good value for money and canβt complain

Good budget hotel for a short stay in Leeds.
Pros: This is a comfortable hotel for a short stay. Room is basic but large enough and wifi was good. Its a ten minute walk into town.
Cons: Its a bit tricky to get to as you have to cross busy roads.
