Great location and service from staff

Pros: Close to M1 and travel routes north and south. Not far from Leeds centre and York/Harrogate.

Cons: My double bed comprised of two single beds put together which made for an uncomfortable sleep.

Lovely hotel, friendly approachable staff.

Pros: The girl who checked us in on arrival was really nice. Very professional, polite and helpful. I explained our booking was due to our home being flooded and she was so empathic and lovely .

Pros: The Jacuzzi was lovely and warm nice and clean the room was spacious and bed was very comfy our third time coming and each experience has been really good. All the staff were very helpful and polite

Cons: Its hard to find something i didnt like I will be honest I cant fault ot all all overall I rate 10/10 will definitely be comimg back again soon!

Perfect

Pros: Good location off m way . Spa accessible and friendly with good facilitates . Lovely well maintained steam room showers and sauna and relaxation room with good postive flow . Restaurant meal which we booked on the day and were accommodated was excellent . Some very nice complementary touches from the staff which made me think I will come back.

Cons: All good, staff were amazing. Combination of lovely well thought out decor had a really friendly feel about the place . Guests made to feel it was a home from home . Breakfast specials you could order was a nice touch

Worth a stay, especially if away for work.

Pros: Room was comfortable, if ever so slightly dated. Breakfast was great, wide selection and good quality. Overall hotel was smart and spa looked great, although i didn't go.

Cons: Breakfast didn't open until 0800hrs.

Pros: Lovely hotel and facilities, staff are friendly and helpful.

Cons: The cups in our hotel room were very dirty when we arrived, one was that unclean on the outside we couldn't get it off to use it. The hotel cushions are very soft, me and my daughter struggled to get comfy.
