Pros: Friendly and helpful staff at reception, good vale for money

Cons: N/A

Great value

Pros: Clean comfortable room, comfy bed and pillow, had a great night's sleep. Owner very accommodating and friendly. Close to city centre but in a quiet area. Great value for a short stay.

Cons: Few cosmetic issues, e.g no bath plug, needs privacy film on bathroom window and blackout blind or curtains in bedroom. Small issues for owners to rectify but didn't affect our stay.

Very good

Pros: Staff are good n downstairs good family restaurant. I’ll definitely visit again.

Enjoyed my stay

Pros: It was clean and staff was friendlyand bed was comfy

Perfect for what we wanted and at a bargain price.

Pros: The room was clean and comfortable and the staff friendly and helpful. The provision of a small fridge in the room was a great asset.

Cons: The hotel would benefit from a few minor repairs, but nothing that spoilt our stay.

Pros: The man that greated us and checked us in was amazing, also answered the phone to me when I was trying to pay for late check out. The staff was fantastic and doggy was cute.

Cons: There wasn't much didn't like, perfect location as we came for the night for carnival instead of traveling back to Manchester. Only thing that could be better is the door locks more easier to open it was very stiff I couldn't open it a few times. Also a few missing blinds but can't moan for the price of the stay and lovelyness of the man that checked us in. Thank you kindly

Good budget hotel

Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff, very close to Leeds carnival, had parking

Cons: Climbing stairs.

Pros: Very nice staff. The room has really comfortable beds. Fan was provided in the room without having to ask.
