9 out of 10. I would have given 10 out of 10 if they had turned the music off.

Pros: Everything was perfect apart from the music in the dining room.

Cons: Everything was perfect apart from the music in the dining room which was barely audible but still enough to be annoying. I asked a waiter if it could be turned off, he said he would speak to someone but nothing was done which was disappointing.

Lovely hotel, staff and food and would return.

Pros: The staff are really friendly, the food is excellent and the hotel is lovely.

Cons: I booked a deluxe family room which was very nice and clean but I didn’t realise all the rooms were themed. We were in the James Bond room which was nice but I just think there is too much memorabilia around.
