Quiet, clean comfortable place, great location

Pros: Quiet, clean, comfortable basic room. Nothing fancy but worked well for us. Great location minutes from the Minster and Shambles

Cons: WiFi could be faster. Would be nice to have conditioner for the shower

Cosy comfortable stay in York

Pros: The location was perfect to explore York. Couple minutes to get to city centre and see the Minister. Bedroom was spacious, cosy and clean. Bed was very comfortable. The room was a good size to move around in. Bathroom was clean and good facilities. Karen was lovely and stayed in communication with us throughout our stay which was appreciated! Lovely stay overall

Pros: Location was fantastic, couldnt ask for better! Less than a minutes walk to pubs, restaurants and the cathedral! Nice room and very comfy bed.

Nice, clean and comfortable - good for a short stay!

Pros: We had a lovely stay in the room, it had everything we needed. The bed was lovely and comfortable, the bathroom super clean with soap and body wash and we enjoyed our complimentary Yorkshire Tea in the morning. It was well located near nice restaurants and not too far from the centre. Would recommend!

Cons: The communication was a little bit stilted but overall not bad and didn't affect our stay. You can hear when people are in the hallway but we had no issues with anyone being loud.

Great place to stay

Pros: The host Karen is a lovely lady, and gets you everything you need, it's very clean and comfortable, the shower was lovely, the room was a nice size and the location is brilliant close to everything

Cons: It's a noisy street but honestly that's a minor issue and can't be helped

Perfect location, big cosy clean room, owner was super easy to contact and literally everything was so close!

Pros: Had an absolutely lovely stay room was very clean and bed was super cosy! Had a TV, a nice wardrobe, a couch, tea and coffee making facilities, a big bathroom and even an LED mirror in the bathroom and bedroom to do your makeup etc! In a very convenient location on a road with Tesco express just a min away and everything was pretty much a 10 min walk away - check in was also super easy. Definitely recommend :)

Pros: I liked how close the property was to the man part of the city and was very easy to get around!

Cons: Only fault is no parking, but understandable given the location. There are car parks not too far from the property

Pros: Clean and tidy. Asked if we would like clean towels , room cleaned and bins emptied after a couple of days So close to town and all bars and shops
