A lovely break close to all amenities

We had a lovely stay at Sycamore Guest House and hope to be back again someday.🙂

Pros: The location was great. Our bed was really comfortable and we had a lovely cooked breakfast. Lovely hosts.

Cons: The shelf above our sink, wasn’t able to wash my face properly or brush your teeth over the sink without having to uncomfortably get your head right underneath the shelf. Some Yorkshire tea bags would have been nice and fresh milk instead of the life long one, I couldn’t enjoy a cup of tea because of it.

Fabulous location, great host and superb breakfast!

Pros: Such a lovely Guest house in a great location. The owner was so kind and couldn’t do enough for us. Even stayed up late for us to check in as our trains were delayed. The breakfast was delicious.

Pros: Perfect location, lovely place a real treasure. Faultless from start to finish, such a homely feel and a warm welcome from the moment you step foot through the door to the moment you leave. Great breakfast and the added bonus of parking. Will definitely return!

Pros: Very friendly, welcoming host, nicely decorated room, extremely clean and comfortable, Good cooked breakfast included in the fee. The location is within 5-10min walking distance of the city centre and parking is available (for a fee) outside the b&b.
