The Beckett Guest House

Lovely little guest house to stay for visiting York!

Pros: Very quirky, old style guest house, room was comfortable and warm.

Cons: Needed a little updating in the room.

Pros: Perfectly located for exploring the centre of York. Parking is tricky but with local knowledge provided by Melissa, I was able to find a more than suitable spot to leave the car overnight just a few seconds from the front door. The accommodation is charming, quiet and comfortable. Tea and coffee in the room was very much appreciated.

Cons: Nothing, it was all good.

Pros: Superb location, friendly staff and very silent comfortable area. The place is really nice and cool, especially for solo travellers.

Pros: It was clean and warm, hostess was very welcoming and friendly

Cons: Nothing much property needs upgrading as it is a gorgeous building, just eish they catered for breakfast
