Excellent stay, great value for money

Pros: Single rooom quite compact, but excellent value for money. Clean and comfortable . Bathroom fine. Loved White company shower/ hand wash

Pros: Beautiful building smack in the middle of Harrogate. Old world charm mixed with the modern vibe needed in hotels these days.

Cons: No fridge in the rooms. Don’t need anything fancy just a little fridge would make all the difference.

Excellent comfy stay. Delicious breakfast. Harrogate just lovely as always

Pros: We loved room 405 with the lovely view at the front over looking the green area and Bettys. Room very clean . Food at breakfast was excellent quality. Sausage and bacon well sourced.

Cons: At Breakfast ..food wonderful no proper coffee ? Filter or instant didnt not please us. We drink decaf like alot of people now . Ideally a machine with good choice would be perfect if unable to take coffe otders. Receptionist when arriving and on leaving had poor customed service. Never asked about our stay qhen leaving nor did she even say goodbye. Just took card payment for parking . Lastly no bottles of water to drink in room.

Lovely stay with friends.

Pros: Perfect location. Gorgeous building with lots of character

Cons: We stayed in room 417 and there was an offensive smell when you walked in. It did get better but was a little off-putting. Possibly drains

Perfect! 5 stars.

Pros: Location. Room was very clean, temperature perfect which is usually difficult in a hotel. Beds so comfy and it was perfect stay to a weekend away.

Fabulous stay will definitely stay again.

Pros: It’s fabulous with a great team, lovely big room, fabulous bar/restaurant & sky bar for breakfast. Breakfast is delicious.

Cons: It’s very hot instead. Had to open the window at night because it’s so hot.

Pros: Lovely building in the centre of Harrogate, with a great bar and restaurant. Breakfast was on the 5th floor, so great view while enjoying a cooked breakfast.
