Great place to stay in Harrogate

Pros: Nice welcome on arrival and we were upgraded. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and very clean, as was the bathroom. Good location for walking around Harrogate. Able to park on site which was handy although there is limited availability. Breakfast was beautifully cooked and presented. Well stocked bar especially for fans of Timothy Taylor beers (choice of 5).

Cons: Need clear explanation re: access to car park on booking information

Location perfect for all restaurants, bats etc... had a wonderful stay and definitely recommend.

Pros: Staff very friendly and helpful . Beautiful room and cozy big bed.

Cons: Small grumble....nowhere to hang dressing gowns in the lovely bathroom .

All around an excellent place to stay.

Pros: Our stay was wonderful our room was perfect and the little luxuries were well thought out. The breakfast was very tasty as was the Pan Asian menu for our evening meals and very good value. The staff were very friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. All in all we loved everything about The Inn. Its central location with parking was a real bonus. We will definitely stay again.

Cons: The stairs up to our room were a challenge. But the view from our balcony made up for the cardiac work out.

Pros: The location was perfect for the conference centre and the shops. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent and we ate there one evening, the food was delicious. I would definitely recommend it. Great value for money.

Cons: I would have liked yoghurt to be available at breakfast

Wonderful stay

Pros: The staff are all incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful. The room was superb, just what we needed. Finally the food was lovely too. Couldn't recommend this place enough.

Great location, fabulous stay!

Pros: We stayed in a room opposite the hotel. It was great! Clean, warm, great facilities. We were able to park our car in the small car park. The location was brilliant, very central. We stayed for new years eve and had a meal at an Italian restaurant nearby. We came back to the hotel as there was a singer on, and we had a fantastic night there! Great atmosphere! The breakfast was amazing, great quality, nice and hot, fabulous, couldn't fault it!

Cons: I have nothing to add here, we had a great stay.
