Nice hotel & stay, good breakfast

Pros: Great location for getting about Harrogate, nice reception staff & very clean room. Great sized bed, could do with more drinks/milk available. Breakfast was good lots of choice & 11am checkout is a bonus

Cons: The communication between housekeeping & reception needs to be better, we had a do not disturb sign on & on the morning of our first day of two stay housekeeping knocked & entered the room. The lady was lovely & very apologetic, she was embarrassed & explained that she had not been told that we were a stay over.

Great location and will stay again

Pros: Location was perfect for the convection centre. The rooms are comfortable and clean . The bar area is brilliant and I used it throughout my stay

Cons: The shower over the bath is tricky for less mobile people. Instant coffee in the room , but good to have Yorkshire tea .

Amazing breakfast !

Pros: The rooms had Aircon very clean on the breakfast was amazing and I mean like it was amazing. I’ve eaten all the places and they’re like just on another level for the breakfast.

Cons: The room didn’t have a fan, but I like the white noise off a fan to sleep so it’s just like personal preference because you didn’t really need one to like cool down if you get me I just wanted it for the white noise

Nice modern hotel with a very short walk into the town centre.

Pros: Felt modern inside and the room was perfect for one night. Really enjoyed the breakfast. Parking was convenient albeit a bit of a tight car park

Cons: The shower worked fine late afternoon but on the Sunday morning approx 8am it was a trickle so I couldn’t have a shower
