Pros: Location was excellent Our room was upgraded on arrival which was a very nice surprise. Breakfast was basic but good and excellent value for money.

Cons: Nothing to discuss like at all.

Lovely little hotel, would definitely return.

Pros: Very friendly staff Nice rooms Great value for money

Cons: Parking can be a pain, one of the streets nearby which the hotel uses for parking was completely closed off for a month. We got lucky getting the last space outside.

It was a birthday treat two very comfortable nights stay. Might have to return next year again.

Pros: It was central and comfortable. The staff were lovely and we will definitely visit again.

Had a lovely one-night stay with friendly staff, a clean and comfortable room.

Pros: Even though I only stayed for one night, I had a great stay. From the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly. The room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The highlight was definitely the breakfast — the full English was absolutely fabulous! Freshly cooked, generous, and made with great quality ingredients. It was the perfect start to the day and really stood out. I would happily return in the future. Highly recommended!

Comfortable, warm and friendly hotel

Pros: Comfortable Hotel, room was clean, warm with a very comfortable bed. Bathroom was modern. Friendly and welcoming reception staff. Good breakfast, lots of choice and freshly cooked. Tea tray in room, offered local products Yorkshire tea and Harrogate spring water etc. We ate in the Orchid Restaurant which was Thai themed, we enjoyed a meal there, again friendly service and good atmosphere in there seemed to be popular with locals. We only stayed one night as visiting Harrogate to attend our sons passing out from Harrogate Military College.

Cons: The entrance to the car park was quite difficult to find in the dark.

Clean, tidy, great place to stay in a great location. Will be returning in the future

Pros: Easy check in and out, friendly staff. Clean and well presented hotel and room

Cons: Nothing that i didnt like, only point i would change would be the shape of the bath for a regular bath rather than a short square shaped one.
