Pros: Good location for racecourse or nearby area, easy to get into city on the bus. Room was clean and comfortable and had all the essentials. Great value for money.

Cons: Depending on room position there can be some noise from doors closing in corridor.

Perfect - exactly what I was looking for in a great location with easy access by car.

Pros: This was exactly what I was looking for, from the confirmation in advance that I could leave the car in the car park prior to check-in time, through to a kind and friendly lady on Reception who had spotted that my room was a little distance from the shared bathroom and already re-booked me to the easier end of the corridor by the time I reached the accommodation. Everything was clean and tidy and the atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. A very easy place to spend two nights visiting my nearby student daughter.

Cons: No improvements to suggest.

Peace and Calm, very clean resort hostel.

Pros: The powerful hot shower let us really enjoy shower. The bathroom is outstanding clean. Reception is very nice. The breakfast is very good and the staff in the restaurant were very welcome and helpful. We have a great window view, in front of the window, there is a green lawn -its a fresh air location, so we have a peace and calm sleep. It close to train station by bus estimate 15 minutes. Opposite the hostel, there is a pub, we had beers there, we did have a very good time during this stay.

Two nights in York

Pros: Very quiet location, super clean room and shared bathroom. Room was nice and warm but also had a window to get some fresh air through. My room was small but it’s all I needed - it had a TV, sink and kettle. Bed and pillow seemed comfortable.

Cons: No flaws. I’d happily stay again.

Pros: Convenient quiet spot. Close to a good hotel a d bus stop.

Cons: Had to call reception at 11pm regarding a guest with concerning behaviour. Was told by staff he was a regular guest and that they would speak to him. We didn't feel safe. The 2nd night was a little better.

Pros: Clean and cheap for York. Easy to reach by bus from city centre. Good buffet breakfast for 9.99£. Friendly staff.

Cons: The entrance is dark in the evening. Not so easy to find the reception. The room very small and basic. Rooms badly soundproofed
