Perfect!

Pros: It was clean and the restaurant was lovely too! The staff were very friendly and kind - our room was spacious and tidy (the bed super comfy) It wasn't far from any shops and only a 10 minute drive into the city centre!

Cons: Everything was perfect

Pros: Good facilities and clean, spacious bedroom. Restuarant was good for dinner too.

Cons: Ensuite shower room was really small and considering the amount of parkrunners who stay here, they should keep breakfast on till 10.30am so they can enjoy breakfast after the run.

Pros: The hotel was very close to all the facilities needed. Plenty of capark space and the food was of a very good standard. The rooms were clean and had enough tea, coffee and towels etc.

Cons: The room was smaller than most holiday inns we've stayed in and sadly looked a little tired in places. Some of the staff looked like they would growl at you if you asked them anything!

A good choice hotel in York

Pros: Good value, friendly and helpful staff. Enjoyed half board with great choice for breakfaat and more than ample portions of food for evening meal. Limited selection but enjoyed the meals on both nights we stayed. Upgraded to a larger ptemium room at a small extra cost. Room on 4th floor quiet.

Cons: Bathroom a little smalker than ideal but walk in shower great.. TV a bit tricky to operate.

Good value for money.

Pros: Good location. Easy access to the Knavesmire for dog walking and not far from town centre. On a bus route so can leave car at hotel. Also range of local shops.

Pros: The easy access for my partner with mobility issues

Cons: The fact that when were in bed someone came into the room and put on all lights giggled and left , I did tell a member of staff it was very disturbing, and then the next morning my key card would not work. Which suggest to me that the only way to get in was by another key card which over rode ours. I have stayed here before and was hoping for it to be our go too place when visiting my daughter

Pros: Room small for a king size room Paintwork looking tired and needing refreshing Breakfast was good.. but had to wait for top ups for eggs, hashbrowns , bacon etc. Choice excellent though
