Pros: I came for the weekend as a solo traveller so was initially nervous but that changed almost immediately. Greeted by the lovely people who work there, who went above and beyond in making my stay the best it could. I stayed for 2 nights, the decor of the whole place is unique and gorgeous. The rooms were very clean, extremely comfortable and offered tea and coffee, shampoo, linens and tv. The breakfast was scrumptious, served promptly and offered to a time to suit you. The whole stay couldn't have been more perfect and I could not recommend this place any more highly. The staff are a credit, Ned, Milly and Vicky were so helpful and smiley. The owner Nigel, is one of the most genuine down to earth gentleman ive ever had the pleasure of talking to and these people really make your stay fantastic. Thankyou, for making me feel welcome and at home. Kind, genuine people, thankyou.

Cons: I didnt stay longer!

A Warm Welcome, Excellent Food, and a Lovely Stay

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at The Wyvill Hills. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed like long-awaited guests, and the staff were warm, friendly, and genuinely attentive throughout our visit. The room had a charming and thoughtfully designed interior, the mattress was very comfortable, and everything was impeccably clean. Breakfast offered a good choice of options — we selected the full English breakfast and it was delicious. We also had dinner at the restaurant, and the meals exceeded expectations. The meat dishes we ordered were incredibly juicy and tender; both of our meals were excellent and truly deserving of the highest praise. Another pleasant surprise was that the prices were very reasonable for such quality.

Cons: The only minor drawback is the location, as having a car is almost essential to get around. However, the overall experience more than makes it worth the trip. We would gladly stay again and highly recommend it.

Brilliant, great room, great staff. Would highly recommend.

Pros: I've stayed in many luxury hotels across the world and I can honestly say that the room I had was one of the best ever. Great breakfast too...

Cons: Would have been good to have Sky Sports, But I know that the cost is not cheap to commercial usage....

A Gem.

Pros: Arrived a little earlier than check-in time, but there was such a warm and lovely greeting regardless and still able to check-in. The Double Room with a terrace exceeded expectations; the room was clean, well-presented and amazing value for money. Large Smart flat screen TV, fully equipped tea and coffee table, throw blankets and separate bathroom with a great walk in shower. I dined both nights, the food was excellent and service was warm and very time efficient. I will be returning.

Cons: There was nothing that I didn't like, this is truly a gem.

Pros: The wyvil staff were very helpful and knew I maybe running slightly late. The chef stayed back and Cooked the best pie I've tasted succulent juicey and very tasty indeed. The room was very cosy and spotlessly clean no faults whatsoever. Shower was perfect also clean and spotless bed was super comfortable did not want to wake up.

Cons: The food was too class. Little bit pricey compared to what I would pay for a home made pie and chips. But I must say it was delicious. The chef even came out and said hello which was nice of him. The breakfast was pretty good too. The young lady who served me in the morning was very friendly and helpful and like the lady the night before gave me great directions to get to Catterick as it was my sons passing out parade. Bit very good and the young lad who showed me to the room was very friendly too. I'd glady stay there again but hopefully get there a bit earlier. The staff were all brilliant. No complaints from me.
