Excellent comfortable and excellent value

Pros: Easy check in on arrival ,very friendly staff and good service had a beautiful meal in the restaurant and absolutely fantastic food best lasagne ever tasted me and hubby were absolutely stuffed from the food. Again excellent service We stayed 1night which also included breakfast next morning that was excellent too will definitely recommend a stay and we will definitely visit again room was perfect. Just what we required for our stay 😊

Long weekend stay

Pros: Room was clean and the staff were lovely. At breakfast, they checked that all was ok and if we needed anything, and reminded us they were closed on Sunday evening in case we needed anything .We had the roast on Sunday lunch and it was amazing Children can't wait to come back to stay again.

Pros: Pub food & drink excellent. Staff very welcoming & friendly.

Cons: Accommodation a little tired. One bed rather wonky and shower temperature adjustment broken. All very clean though.

Excellent would recommend

Pros: Own front door so could come and go. Booked in for dinner at night excellent meal and breakfast in the morning was lovely.

Cons: Could have done with a plug at side of the bed but we managed.

Pros: We had the best time ever when me and my bestie was early for food the staff still let us come and sit. The room was so nice and the breakfast was so lovely we where greeted with a smile and lots of chat would definitely choose the village inn again 😀 thank-you 😀😀

Lovely staff, lovely food and a pleasant visit

Pros: I have stopped here with work for the last ten years for a few reasons; parking is never an issue, it’s in a very quiet village, the food is and has always been exceptional.

Cons: This is not an issue for me as I don’t watch tv however maybe a bigger tv for some people would question this
