Fantastic as always. Our go to place

Pros: We love the place. Regular visitors. The staff are amazingly friendly. They can’t do enough for you. The location is beautiful too.

Cons: Our room was wet on the window sills but as it’s an old building we didn’t let that bother us at all

Beautiful place to stay .

Pros: Comfortable, clean and spacious room with lovely views. Plenty of hot water to soak in good sized bath. Big fluffy towels, free toiletries and good selection on coffee/tea tray. Welcoming atmosphere in the bar and restaurant and friendly staff , special mention to Yvonne who served breakfast and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was very good and plenty of choice . No problems parking. Will certainly stay again 😊

Cons: Having to leave. Enjoyed everything .

Very nice

Pros: Very homely atmosphere in beautiful surroundings. Friendly staff and great food. Breakfast especially good.

Cons: Extremely large spider behind window blind in bathroom of room 4 😂, personally I was ok but my wife screamed blue murder. Would suggest it is removed 👍

Very pleasant restaurant and hotel

Pros: The staff were very friendly and welcoming It was warm, comfortable and clean. We had dinner that was very good

Cons: We couldn’t find the entrance from the car park. A sign would help. We decided not to have breakfast as they didn’t have porridge or granola, or fruit on the menu.

Great place to relax

Pros: Comfortable room. Lovely views of the countryside. Staff so friendly and helpful. Restaurant was a great space to dine in and the bar a comfy place to sit and chat with a drink. Would recommend. Food was delicious, smaller portion sizes would be great for seniors.
