Excellent old hotel in amazing location.

Pros: Room.was excellent, but view of bins and building work outside coukd have been better. Staff great.. Evening meal was great. Breakfast was good. Amazing location. Weather could have been better !

The Inn was all decorated for Christmas and was warm and cosy can’t wait to stay again 😃😃

Pros: Comfortable beds, wonderful power shower, big fluffy towels, clean, quirky. Easy to park. Fab beer. Bar generally was excellent. Evening food and breakfast delicious. Friendly staff. Would definitely stay again.

Cons: Nothing near by, so needed a car. But we had one, so fine for us!

We loved it so much we tried to extend our stay, but not surprisingly it was full.

Pros: Manages to balance historic charm with all the key mod cons. Lovely rooms and bathrooms and excellent food in the cozy restaurant.

Cons: Nothing not to love.

Pros: Nice large room and bathroom Dinner was very good as was breakfast

Cons: All was fine - just make sure future guests are aware of code to gain entry - a separate message to that effect would avoid misunderstandings
