A comfortable and relaxing pleasant weekend away

Pros: The food was excellent, couldn't fault it or the service.

Cons: There wasn't much to do or see in Wigglesworth. We had to travel to the surrounding towns.

A hidden Gem

Pros: The staff were brilliant and extremely professional. The room was cosy and comfortable. We had an evening meal which was top notch also the breakfast was excellent. We will definitely be going back hopefully for longer.

Lovely location and hotel for a cosy winter break

Pros: Beautiful room with tastefully decorated bathroom and lovely bath. Great facilities with even oat milk provided in the room! Fab, good value meal and open fire in the bar, perfect for a winter night away

Cons: We were very nearly given an inferior room as the front of house weren’t listening to our name. Luckily we really questioned it

Great place to stay so close to the walks which is why we were in the area

Pros: The evening meal and menu presentation was first class well done! Great value for money breakfast

Great place around

Pros: Roomy room. Tidy modern bathroom. All decor recent and good condition. Real pub bar downstairs. Great restaurant. Decent food well cooked. Lovely staff. Great for a weekend away.

Cons: Needed a wall tray in the shower for shampoo bottles etc.

Beautiful stay, a must for walkers.

Pros: Wonderful location, accommodation and food. Staff so friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. Perfect for sightseeing and walks.

Great stay, wish we could have stayed another night!

Pros: Loved the decoration of our room and the pub/restaurant. The staff were great, very friendly and helpful. Having a Nespresso machine and fresh milk is a definite plus for us. The Venison was delicious!

Cons: There wasn’t really anything we didn’t like. Hubby would have preferred a kettle for hot water as it was a bit of a faff making a cup of tea with the Nespresso machine and felt it was missing some biscuits in the room. But not really deal breakers.

Pros: From start to finish absolutely brilliant. Staff and owner very friendly nothing was too much trouble. Meals in restaurant were very good .would highly recommend a stay there.

Perfect!

Pros: The stay was so nice it was only for a short stay as i was up early the day after for the 3 peaks, but on arrival i was met by a very friendly young man that booked me in a showed me to my room, the room was perfect and on what i saw the food looked superb even though i never ate. Will definitely be staying here again! X

Cons: Nothing, was so nice just what you expect from a country stay x
