Great overnight stay with family. Host was amazing as well from arrival to departure.

Pros: Breakfast was plentiful and well prepared and presented. Excellent location Brilliant host! Easy to find and accessible. Will stay here again.

Good place to stay for a short trip & with free parking.

Pros: The room was a bit small with tight space around the bed and is an old building facility but comfortable for a short stay if on a budget and looking for a free parking on property. The owner Mr. Arther is an amazing person and took personal interest to make our stay comfortable and very friendly. The room was with free breakfast which puts another special touch to the stay at this place. The rooms were clean as the toilets too. The full English breakfast was awesome. Definitely recommend for people on budget & free parking & breakfast!

Cons: The rooms are super compact for the furniture in it. There is no lift so heavy luggage owners be ready to climb a stair up.

This is the third time my daughter and I have stayed at the Clifton Bridge Hotel.

Pros: Spacious room, clean bathroom, great breakfast. A very friendly hotel. The location is great and only a short walk into town centre. My daughter and I wouldn't stay anywhere else in York. The hotel is great value for money.

Celebration weekend

Pros: Comfortable bed, excellent breakfast, friendly staff, was nice that you could leave your car at the band b after checking out.

Cons: The room was freezing cold no heating, also booked a double room, but when we arrived we got put in a family room, which we didn't like, especially considering that was what we never wanted, seemed like some one else had our room, we booked a few weeks in advance. The shower was awful , the water was very low pressure, and it kept going cold.

Great value

Pros: Only stayed the one night whilst attending a concert but worth remembering for future visits to York. Friendly staff and comfortable facilities plus a very reasonable price.

Cons: It's a nice 15 minute walk along the river front to the city centre,but wouldn't recommend it after dark or during muddy seasons. The only real alternative option is a £10 taxi

Pros: Lovely, clean and warm room. Very impressed overall. Perfect location for us, lovely walk into York. Will definitely stay there again.

Cons: Possibly serve the breakfast baked beans in a little dish on the plate.
