Absolutely fabulous, if you go to York, stay here..

Pros: Our stay was amazing, the room was even better than expected, all the staff are very friendly, attentive and professional, this is definitely one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at..❤️

Cons: We were in an ‘end suite’ the hot water takes an age to arrive for the shower, not a problem to me, once I realised, but it’s not terribly environmentally friendly and must cost a fortune, as a ‘former’ plumber I’d recommend a ‘pumped return’ system, we always used them in large buildings..👍

Pros: Food was amazing had evening meal included in price of stay, which was 3 courses of fantastic food , staff was very professional and the evening waitress was lovely , we arrived early and was able to park our car for free after putting our reg into the portal before checking in later , she even booked us a taxi as needed to get our son to the train station on time , breakfast was good , public area ware good ,excellent black curtains slept really well , would definitely stay again and recommend to others

Cons: The bathroom just needs a little updating but didn't spoil our stay .

Pros: The greeting by Ush (front desk) as soon as came in its almost though we were being welcomed back even though it was our 1st stay. All the public areas we clean and very well presented. Ush was interested in our plans and gave us place to explore. Our room was immaculate in presentation and clean.

Cons: Going home, but we will be booking again for Christmas market
