Pros: Loved the location. A few steps and you're at the city wall entrance to the main pubs /shops. Staff were so friendly. Breakfast was amazing. Fresh coffee. They gave us plenty of bottles of water which is rare to keep replenishing for one night. We loved our stay and can't wait to return.

Cons: Shower wasn't great, very hit and miss with the temperature.

Great location, great price and lovely staff

Pros: Excellent location near York Minster Lovely clean and tidy room with a very comfortable bed

Cons: Stairs up to rooms but that wasn't such a problem even though i am disabled. Staff guided me up and even carried luggage for us.

We had a great stay in a great location and a very comfortable bed.

Pros: The property is centrally located.The room was very large and had a double and single bed in it even though there was only 2 of us. Bed was very comfortable and the staff were lovely. Breakfast was the best.

Brilliant location!

Pros: Really close to everything including train station all within walking distance. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and helpful! Comfortable room and bed with decent WiFi. Breakfast was great too !

Cons: Situated on a main road and without double glazing I didn't get the best sleep due to the noise but it wouldn't stop me staying again I will remember earplugs next time!
